You will find our warm and friendly community perched atop a serene knoll. Celebration Villa’s one-story community was thoughtfully designed with seniors in mind, to encourage both independence and easy living. Journey along Rt 34 N, passing Liberty Plaza and Stonegate to find our villa nestled in a tranquil location. Inside you’ll find staff that feels more like family, and a vibrant environment where residents can socialize, explore new hobbies, or unwind with a good book.

With a private bathroom and spacious closet, we’ve designed every detail with a stress-free lifestyle in mind. Whether you choose a deluxe suite, a private studio, or a friendly jack and jill arrangement, we have an option for everyone. Outside, residents and families enjoy our inviting and lush courtyard, a spacious backyard, and a secure outdoor memory care area adorned with beautiful garden beds. Short-Term Respite

Enhancing Independence & Wellness

At Celebration Villa of Lebanon, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Short-Term Respite Care

Temporary care is available for residents who may need assistance after a hospital or rehab stay, or when caregivers plan a vacation or just need some time to relax and recharge. You will receive all of the amenities and care that you need, but for a shorter, predetermined length of stay.

Life Enrichment

Our Life Enrichment Programming puts your passions front and center! Crafted around resident input, it ensures the well-being of our seniors by addressing their mental, physical, spiritual, and social needs.

Through outings to local restaurants, shopping trips, and outdoor activities, residents cultivate meaningful relationships while staying connected to the local community of Lebanon. At every stage of life, we want to continue to nurture a sense of purpose, inspiring residents to engage in various events like family night, live musicians, trivia, karaoke, and arts & crafts, to name a few.

Celebration Villa's dynamic programming not only keeps residents vibrant but also deeply connected to the surrounding community. Our daily activities are inspired by our residents so they may continue to lead fulfilling and active lives.
